SMSC stands for the spiritual, moral, social and cultural development. It is the over-arching umbrella that encompasses personal development across our curriculum.

At Charvil Piggott Primary School, we believe that the personal development of pupils spirituality, morally, socially and culturally is central to their ability to learn and achieve.

As a school, we promote SMSC through our School Values and by providing relevant learning opportunities throughout the school day across the breadth of our curriculum and beyond the classroom.
