Chromebooks

For the coming year we are recommending the use of Chromebooks to the new intake. If you decide that a windows laptop is your preference that is OK too. We are making this recommendation based on their reliability, battery life and the speed at which they go from off to editing a document in class. Chromebooks also suffer far less from virus's and malicious software compared to windows machines. 

The following are by no means the only options out there. Any Chromebook will run the basic set of google and office apps used by the school. The main thing to consider is your budget, the size of the device needed and if you would like touch screen features.
