The caterers at Charvil Piggott Primary School is Aspens Catering.  The booking and payment system is Aspens Select.

The cost of a school lunch for pupils in Years 3-6 is £2.53 per day, unless they are eligible for benefits-related free school meals.

All children in Foundation, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a free school meal at lunchtime as part of the Government's 'Universal Infant Free School Meals' scheme.

Please check your Aspens account regularly to ensure there is sufficient credit and 'top up' when necessary.

Charvil Piggott Primary is a 'Nut Free' School

We aim to protect children who have allergies to nuts yet also help them, as they grow up, to take responsibility as to what foods they can eat and to be aware of where they may be put at risk. We request that parents and carers observe the nut-free policy and therefore do not include nuts, or any traces of nuts, in packed lunches. This includes packets of nuts, cakes or fruit and cereal bars which contain nuts or sesame seeds, and sandwiches containing nut-based spreads.

Parents and carers must notify the school office if their child has any known or suspected allergy to nuts and provide all medical and necessary information.

Cool Milk Scheme

All children under 5 years of age are entitled to receive a free carton of milk each school day. Please visit Cool Milk to register. Alternatively, a paper form can be collected from the School Office. If your child would like to receive milk after their 5th birthday, Cool Milk can supply it for a nominal fee (around £14 per term).
