Autumn 2020 exam series
Students are reminded that there will be a full series of GCE A, AS and GCSE in all subjects available in autumn 2020 for anyone who is disappointed with their grades or for those, such as private candidates, who were unable to receive a calculated grade this summer. We really are hoping that students will be happy with their outcomes in the summer and that these will enable them to progress to their chosen pathways, but will obviously support students should they make the decision to take any exams in the autumn.
The timetable will run as follows:
- GCE AS/A-level examinations start on Monday 5 October and finish on Friday 23 October
- GCSE examinations start on Monday 2 November and finish on Monday 23 November
Entry deadlines are as follows:
- GCE AS/A-level examinations - 24 August
- GCSE examinations (except English Language and Mathematics) - 7 September
- GCSE (English Language and Mathematics) – 4 October
Students who have an entry will receive their timetables week commencing 14 September 2020. Please do contact the Exams Officer if you do not receive your copy. A copy of the full timetable can be found here
