We run multiple classes suited for each type of individual. We have classes for High Intensity and for those short on time like HIIT and Body Blasts. We also have classes for relaxing and core/back work such as Yoga and Pilates. We guarantee that you will find a class on our timetable that suits you and the time you have available to spend at our club.
